The in-house Women’s Career Development Program runs over 6 months, through a combination of group workshops and individual coaching sessions.
Participants start with three group workshops covering specific career development themes. These sessions are full of tools and practical information to accelerate your career.
These sessions are followed by two individual coaching sessions that are designed to help participants identify strengths and any areas for improvement. All participants create a career development plan to work with over the program and beyond.
